At Palm Beach Cozumel, we strive to provide the best experience possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we have established our refund and return policy to ensure clarity and transparency.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before your visit: You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refunds will be issued.
Date Changes
- If you need to reschedule your visit, you can request a date change at no extra cost with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations Due to Weather or Force Majeure
To request a refund or date change, please email palmbeachreservas@gmail.com with the following details:
✅ Full name
✅ Booking or ticket number
✅ Purchase date
✅ Reason for cancellation or change
✅ Payment method used
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
- Tickets purchased through promotions or discounts may be subject to different terms.
